eLayers interact’ve conducts campus interviews near Hyderabad

Since long we’ve been hiring employees that are experienced but recently we’ve realized that there’s a lot of potential in candidates fresh out of universities. With the correct training and resources, these students achieve an excellent skill of modern web development technologies that prevail in the current market.

Our HR Manager Komal Rana and Team Leader Vijay Baraiya flew all the way to Andhra Pradesh to conduct campus interviews and find fresh talent in 2 universities. Gladly they found some very good people ready to join us by next month.

We would like to Thank to the officials and staff members of Sri Vasavi Institute of Engineering and Technology and KBR Engineering College for giving us this opportunity and helping our team feel comfortable during the process.

Namaste and Welcome to our new blog

First of all, let me thank y’all for taking the time to read this. I’m Shakti Kathpalia – CEO and owner of eLayers interact’ve. Let me introduce our company first. We’re a graphic and web design and development firm and are serving the market since early 2005. Started as a small freelancing firm we’ve worked through the ups and downs of market and economy trends. When I started working in my backyard with a single reasonable computer, I never thought how far I would succeed in my venture, but today we’ve come a long way to become a team of experts in our field.

Basically being a web designer, with a curiosity to learn more things that are “web related”, I have had the opportunity to learn different technologies ranging from simple photo editing to web layouting & html5/css3 and from simple form2email scripts to customizing core open source and object oriented scripts (for eg: magento).

With the passion to continue the never-ending process of discovering and learning new technologies, we (me and my team) are really excited to share with y’all our knowledge through this blog. Hope you guys can help us by commenting on our posts and sharing your thoughts with us.

We plan to post our experiences (and share other posts that we think are worth reading) here. These would range from different subjects like overall web in general and specifics like web design and layouting, coding technologies like javascript, jquery, xhtml/css, html5, css3, etc. , php and open source scripts like magento, joomla, wordpress, drupal, etc., mobile technologies like android, iphone, etc…. Well – you get the gist!
